Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN

 

  • We have a very friendly return policy.
  • We take utmost care to make sure that you are more than satisfied with the product that you receive. In case you still wish to return, you may do so, simply email us at help@kalaashree.com.
  • We have a 2 days return policy, which means that you need to inform us within 2 days of receiving your order post which no returns will be entertained.
  • If you claim that the product is defective, we will need images and videos of the said defect while unpacking.
  • Make sure that while returning, the product is in the condition as received along with the bill.
  • Return pickup will be done from our end. Kindly take a receipt from the courier partner after returning.
  • Return will not be accepted for customized products.
  • After reverse pickup is done, it takes 3-4 days for the product to reach the warehouse.
  • Once the product reaches the warehouse, we will initiate your complete refund.
  • In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be processed back to your bank account.
  • And in case of COD orders, you will have to provide us with your bank account details in order for us to initiate your refund.
  • Sale items won’t be refunded. If at all you receive a damaged or defective product, images and videos of the same would be required.
  • Refund usually takes 5-7 business days.
  • Return for international orders won’t be accepted.

 

EXCHANGE

 

  • We have a very friendly exchange policy.
  • We take utmost care to make sure that you are more than satisfied with the product that you receive. In case you still wish to exchange, you may do so, simply email us at help@kalaashree.com.
  • We have a 4 days exchange policy, which means that you need to inform us within 4 days of receiving your order post which no exchanges will be entertained.
  • If you claim that the product is defective, we will need images and videos of the said defect.
  • Make sure that while exchanging, the product is in the condition as received along with the bill.
  • Reverse pickup will be done from our end. Kindly take a receipt from the courier partner after returning.
  • After reverse pickup is done, it takes 3-4 days for the product to reach the warehouse.
  • Once the product reaches the warehouse, we will dispatch your exchanged product.
  • Exchange will not be accepted for customized products.
  • Exchange usually takes 5-7 business days.
  • Exchange for international orders won’t be accepted.
